Job Description
Job Title:Telecaller / Admission Counsellor (JEE–NEET Coaching)
*Location:* Mira Road
*Role Overview:*
We are looking for a confident Telecaller to connect with parents and students, explain our JEE/NEET coaching programs, and schedule counselling sessions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Call leads and explain coaching programs (JEE / NEET / Foundation)
• Invite parents & students for counselling sessions
• Follow up with interested leads
• Maintain basic lead records and call updates
• Convert inquiries into admissions
*Requirements:*
• Good communication in *Hindi / English* (Marathi is a plus)
• Minimum *1 year telecalling or counselling experience*
• Confidence in speaking with parents and students
• Basic knowledge of education/coaching industry preferred
*Salary:*
₹15,000 – ₹25,000
*Experience:* 1–5 years preferred
