Job Type: Full-Time

• Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from students and parents regarding coaching programs
• Provide complete and accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
• Attend walk-in students and parents at the office and guide them through the admission process
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the system
• Achieve daily and monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with the counseling and academic team as required
• Ensure professional behavior and positive representation of the institute
• Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an advantage)
• Experience in telecalling, counseling, or education sales preferred (freshers can apply)
• Ability to convince and handle student and parent queries confidently
• Willingness to work with fixed office duty hours
