Job Description: Telecalling Executive
Location: Thane
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from students and parents regarding coaching programs
- Provide complete and accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
- Attend walk-in students and parents at the office and guide them through the admission process
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the counseling and academic team as required
- Ensure professional behavior and positive representation of the institute
- Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an advantage)
- Experience in telecalling, counseling, or education sales preferred (freshers can apply)
- Ability to convince and handle student and parent queries confidently
- Willingness to work with fixed office duty hours
