Hiring for International BPO – Customer Service (Voice Process)
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Job Title: International Customer Service Executive
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shift
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Salary: ₹21,000 to ₹55,000 per month (depending on experience & communication skills)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls for international clients (US/UK process)
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain professional communication with customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
Follow company process guidelines and achieve targets
Eligibility Criteria:
HSC / Graduate can apply
Freshers and experienced both are welcome
Excellent English communication skills required
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
