We are hiring for International BPO Customer Service roles across Mumbai. Great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the BPO industry.
Job Details:
Process: US / UK / Australian Voice Process
Shift Timings:
US: 5:30 PM – 10:30 AM (Any 9 hours)
UK: 11:30 AM – 3:00 AM (Any 9 hours)
AUS: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Any 9 hours)
Working Days: 5 days with 2 rotational offs
Job Locations:
Malad, Powai, Chandivali, Bhayander, Airoli, Ghansoli, Thane, Vikroli
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Salary:
Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (in-hand, based on communication)
Experienced: Up to ₹50,000 (in-hand, depending on experience and last drawn salary)
