IT Engineer – StoryDek OTT
🔹 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
🔹 Experience: 1 to 2 years
🔹 Location: Mumbai (Hybrid/On-site preferred)

About the Role:
Join Storydek as an IT Engineer to help us manage and grow the tech side of our OTT platform. Ideal for those who love tech, media, and digital innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, internet, and system-related issues.
• Manage company emails, user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and internet connectivity.
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure important company files are secure.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems quickly.
• Maintain records of IT assets, software licences, and equipment repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical repairs and IT purchases.
• Support website, application, server, or cloud-related tasks when required
