Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain POS systems, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and installations.
- Ensure data security and proper functioning of all IT assets.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, and POS systems.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
