Job Description
1. To meet Corpoeate, Govt. and Education segment customers on daily basis .
2. Gather the information on IT related requirement and report to Management .
3. Prepare Quitation and submit with the customer.
4. Follow up for Payment.
5. Identifying the technical issue of customer and get it resolved through Technical team .
6. Tracking the Delivery and Services related issue and getting it resolved .
7. Attending the Technical and sales training of our Technology Partners like hp, hpe, Acer , Cisco, Fortinet, Logitech, Samsung, Canon, Epson etc.
