Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the diamond or jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Promote and sell certified loose diamonds and jewellery products
• Educate clients on diamond quality, certification, and value
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM
• Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client specifications
• Ensure excellent post-sales service for repeat business

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in diamond/jewellery/luxury sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Good knowledge of certified diamonds and grading

Preferred Profile

• Experience in high-value or luxury product sales
• Strong network within jewellery/diamond industry
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
