Junior Architect Cum Landscape Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Assist senior architects in design development and project execution.
• Modify and update drawings based on client and consultant feedback.
• Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and submission drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for design integration.
• Maintain drawing records and document control.

Landscape Drafting Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape layout plans, planting plans, hardscape drawings, irrigation layouts, and detailing.
• Develop landscape presentation drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Assist in site analysis, landscape design development, and material selection.
• Prepare BOQs and material schedules related to landscape works.
• Coordinate with landscape consultants and site teams during execution.

General Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and prepare site measurement drawings when required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
• Support project documentation and design presentations.
• Maintain project files and drawing revisions systematically.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Understanding of architectural and landscape drafting standards
• Good knowledge of construction detailing and materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in architectural drafting and landscape design.
• Freshers with strong software skills may also apply.
