Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Lawyer at Singh and Associates. The Lawyer will provide legal counsel and representation on a variety of matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, handling dispute resolution and conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and offering guidance on legal issues. The Lawyer will work collaboratively with clients across industries to ensure their interests are protected and legal needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Contract Drafting, Legal Writing, and Review of Legal Documentation
- Moderate expertise in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration
- Exceptional Analytical and Legal Research Skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized university
- Prior experience in real estate law is advantageous
