📄 Job Title: KYC & Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
🕒 Experience: 3-5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred)
🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC & Customer Support Executive responsible for customer onboarding, KYC verification, and handling client queries. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering excellent customer service.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🧾 KYC & Compliance
- Perform customer onboarding and KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, etc.)
- Review and validate customer documents as per regulatory guidelines
- Ensure compliance with AML/KYC norms and internal policies
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and risk classification
- Maintain accurate records and update customer databases
- Identify discrepancies and escalate suspicious cases
📞 Customer Support
- Handle customer queries via calls, email, or chat support
- Assist clients with account opening, login issues, transactions, and KYC updates
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding processes and timelines
- Resolve complaints related to onboarding, verification, or account issues
- Maintain proper ticketing and case tracking system
📊 Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, operations, sales)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and quick turnaround time
- Maintain daily MIS reports and process tracking
- Follow SLAs and quality standards
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML guidelines & documentation
- Good communication (English + Hindi/Regional language)
- Attention to detail & analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of banking / demat / trading processes
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
🔹 Preferred Skills
- Experience in demat account opening / broking / NBFC / fintech
- Familiarity with tools like KRA, CKYC, Digilocker, Video KYC
- Knowledge of SEBI / RBI compliance norms
🔹 Salary Range
- ₹2.0 – ₹3.0 LPA (based on experience)

- Turnaround time (TAT)
