What you'll be doing Your job is simple: start conversations. • • • • • • Chat with potential homebuyers over calls and WhatsApp. Understand what they're looking for. Qualify leads and connect them with our sales team. Follow up with interested clients (because "just checking in" really does work). Keep lead records updated. Hit your daily targets while learning something new every day. No, you don't need to know everything about real estate on Day 1. We'll teach you that. We're looking for someone who... • • • • • • Loves talking to people (or wants to get better at it). Can communicate confidently in English and/or Hindi. Is eager to learn and isn't afraid to ask questions. Has a positive attitude and good energy. Can stay organized and work responsibly. Knows the basics of using a computer and messaging apps. Freshers? Absolutely. College students? We'd love to meet you. Prior experience? Great, but definitely not a deal-breaker. 1Work Timings Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Still in college? No worries. We know lectures, assignments, viva, and exams exist (unfortunately).
