• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and reliable Logistics Executive to support our visa operations team. This role involves both office-based coordination and field work, ensuring smooth handling of client documentation and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and process client application forms
• Visit client locations for document collection and coordination
• Handle and verify documentation as per requirements
• Assist the team with visa-related processing and on-ground visits
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of documents
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all client cases
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow execution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) pass
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
• Willingness to travel locally for field work
• Basic understanding of documentation and coordination

Required Skills:

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Responsible and disciplined approach to work
• Ability to handle field responsibilities efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance)
• Travel reimbursement provided

Additional Information :

• This role requires regular field visits; candidates must be comfortable with travel
