Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns and brand activities.

Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.

Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong professional relationships.

Track ongoing projects, campaign deliverables, and client expectations.

Identify opportunities for upselling additional digital marketing and media solutions to existing clients.

Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.

Assist the sales and client servicing team in business development activities.

Coordinate with creative, operations, and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth initiatives.

Ensure high client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good understanding of digital marketing and client servicing processes.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Proactive attitude with problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
