- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients (manufacturers, formulators, and industrial buyers) to generate new business opportunities.
- Strategic Outreach: Conduct cold and warm calling campaigns to introduce our chemical product range and understand client requirements.
- Email Management: Draft and send professional business inquiries, product catalogs, and price quotations to prospective and existing clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a steady flow of communication with leads to move them through the sales funnel and ensure long-term engagement.
- Database Maintenance: Keep an organized record of all client interactions, feedback, and lead status in our CRM/tracking system.
