Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute result-driven marketing strategies to generate quality leads and acquire new clients.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Increase brand awareness, market visibility, and customer engagement.
• Lead social media, digital marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Guide calling teams/CROs on target audiences, prospect identification, and high-potential markets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and promotional opportunities to support business growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to maximize lead conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on lead quality, conversions, and business growth.
• Strong analytical and campaign management abilities.
• Creative thinker with excellent execution skills.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in Insurance, Financial Services, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance analytics.
