Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Bike Repair Technician responsible for carrying out repairs as per standard guidelines, managing spare parts efficiently, and ensuring all bikes are in ready-to-use condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on incoming bikes as per defined standards
- Diagnose faults and identify required repairs
- Maintain accurate repair logs and update daily reports
- Ensure achievement of daily repair targets
- Monitor and maintain high-quality repair standards
- Ensure accuracy in parts usage and inventory handling
Performance Metrics:
- Number of repairs completed per day
- Quality audit pass rate
- Accuracy in spare parts usage
Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in bike repairing
- Good technical knowledge of bike components and tools
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Basic understanding of English
- ITI/Diploma or relevant experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shift schedule
