Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and create new kurta designs.
  • Manage sampling and ensure quality.
  • Source fabrics from Surat vendors (creative or best price).
  • Visit job workers/factories around Mumbai to develop designs.
  • Negotiate prices and balance cost with creativity.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of fabrics and ethnic wear.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
