 Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls

 Implement and support network solutions using Cisco and Fortinet technologies

 Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability

 Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks)

 Manage firewall configurations, security policies, and access controls

 Perform network upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance

 Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless network operations

 Maintain proper documentation of network configurations and processes
