Job Description

  • Install, test, and commission equipment at workshop.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical faults.
  • Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Coordinate with team regarding service schedules and technical requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Assist in spare parts identification, inventory management, and replacement.
  • Provide basic operational training to staff when required.
  • Support warranty and after-sales service activities.
