About the Role

We are looking for a highly intelligent, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support senior

leadership and manage cross-functional coordination across the organization. The role requires a

smart, extroverted, and highly organized individual who can manage office operations, vendor

relationships, travel planning, and events while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative

functioning.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership

* Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling

* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation

* Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams

* Manage housekeeping, pantry, and office facilities

* Handle vendor management and price negotiations

* Manage domestic and international travel arrangements

* Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal activities

* Ensure smooth IT and infrastructure coordination

* Maintain confidentiality and professional communication

Key Skills Required

* Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 2-4 years experience in Executive Assistant / Admin / Operations roles

* Experience in office administration, vendor management, travel coordination, and event

management

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or Management

Personality Traits
