Job Description

Job Overview

As the Assistant Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative department. You will ensure the office runs smoothly by handling essential paperwork, banking tasks, and general office coordination. This role requires a high level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities


  • Banking & Finance Support: Handle daily banking tasks, including depositing cheques, coordinating with bank officials, and maintaining records of transactions.
  • Document & File Management: Maintain a rigorous filing system (both physical and digital) for property documents, legal papers, and internal records.
  • Daily Office Operations: Overlook the general upkeep of the office, manage pantry/stationery supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Liaison Work: Assist in outdoor tasks related to government offices, municipal bodies, or other project-related errands as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist senior management with scheduling, basic data entry, and handling incoming/outgoing couriers.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in office administration or as a back-office executive (Experience in Real Estate is a plus).


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi).


Attributes: Highly trustworthy, punctual, and able to handle confidential project information.


Mobility: Must be comfortable with outdoor field work (e.g., bank visits, document delivery).
