Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Office Executive at Singh & Associates. The Office Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office, ensuring the smooth functioning of legal and client-related processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, maintaining office records and files, preparing and organizing legal documentation, scheduling meetings and appointments and providing administrative support to the legal team. The Office Executive will also assist in document registrations, follow up on pending matters, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office administration.
- Experience in document management, record keeping, and maintaining office files.
- Good drafting, communication, and correspondence skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, advocates, government authorities, banks, and housing societies.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Prior experience in a law firm, real estate, property documentation, or legal support services will be an added advantage.
