Job Description
Operations Assistant
Booking and packing the orders with accuracy and on time
• Monitor and follow ups on returns
Manage warehouse processes, including inventory management and outbound operations.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the security of all warehouse assets and infrastructure.
• Maintain stock levels and reorder products to achieve full inventory available.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer problems efficiently.
Escalate unresolved issues to the team when necessary.
• Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
