Job Description
Inward & Purchase
- Manage inward material entries and purchase records.
- Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely documentation.
Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
- Conduct weekly stock audits and ensure stock matches between physical store and system records.
Escalation Handling
- Address operational issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to management.
- Ensure accountability and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly audit reports and submit to management.
- Track inward, purchase, and stock movement for transparency.
