Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operation Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities in the jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock coordination, order processing, documentation, and supporting smooth store and backend operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock movement between stores and warehouse.
• Monitor inward and outward stock entries and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.
• Prepare operational reports, stock reports, and MIS reports.
• Process customer orders and track delivery status.
• Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery inventory.
• Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for operational requirements.
• Support store operations and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
