Job Description
SafeCloak is hiring an Operations Executive to manage luggage storage services at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Dadar Railway Station. The role involves overseeing end-to-end cloakroom operations, including customer check-ins and check-outs through both digital systems and manual registers, ensuring accurate record-keeping, secure handling and storage of luggage, and smooth billing and payment processing. The executive will also assist customers, resolve queries, maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, and coordinate with railway authorities when required. The ideal candidate should have basic digital and smartphone skills, good communication abilities, attention to detail, and a responsible, customer-focused approach, along with a willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
