Planning Engineer – Transformers

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Planning Engineer to manage end-to-end execution of transformer orders from order confirmation to dispatch. The role involves close coordination between design, purchase, production, testing, and clients to ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and track project schedules from order to dispatch
• Coordinate drawing submissions, technical documents, and approvals with clients/consultants
• Follow up internally with design, purchase, and production teams to meet timelines
• Ensure material readiness aligns with production planning
• Coordinate inspection readiness and support factory acceptance tests (FAT)
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and status tracking
• Act as a single point of contact for client communication and updates
• Plan dispatch and ensure all documentation (test reports, invoices, DC) is ready
• Track deliveries and ensure timely project closure 

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in project coordination/planning
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good communication and client handling ability
