Store Executive

Job Title: Stores Assistant – Distribution Unit

Location: Navi Mumbai

Department: Stores

Reports To: Stores Supervisor / Administration

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update records of goods received and dispatched using inventory management systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all stock transactions (delivery notes, invoices, replacement, issue slips, etc.).
• Assist in physical stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to track inventory movements.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and stock registers as required.
• File and archive all inventory records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
• Ensure proper labeling and tagging of items in the store.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or stock variances.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills - MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Desirable:Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho).
