Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Presales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
  • Explain company products/services clearly
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Maintain customer database and call records
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when needed
  • Coordinate with sales or support teams
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Convincing and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and patience
  • Ability to work under targets
  • QualificationMinimum: 10th Pass
  • Experience 6 month –2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales
