Operations Manager

Lifetime Health is building the future of home healthcare. We provide on-demand Nursing, Physiotherapy, Caregiver, and Lab Test services at home, with a mission to make quality healthcare accessible within 30 minutes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Launch Operations Manager to lead our expansion into new cities. You will be responsible for setting up and scaling operations, building local healthcare networks, and ensuring excellent service delivery from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead city launches from planning to execution.
- Build local networks of nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, and lab partners.
- Ensure operational readiness before launch.
- Monitor service fulfillment, turnaround times, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with recruitment, marketing, and healthcare teams.
- Analyze operational metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Resolve field-level challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, startup operations, or city expansion.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing field teams is preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and automation software.
