Job Description
- Procurement & Vendor ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Raise purchase orders and track procurement status.
- Maintain healthy relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and source competitive products.
- Inventory & Product ManagementTrack inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure product availability across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock movement.
- Maintain accurate SKU, pricing, and supplier records.
- Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving inventory.
- Operations ManagementSupport day-to-day e-commerce operations and order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, finance, and customer support.
- Ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce procurement costs
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms is preferred.
