Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Provide complete operational and administrative support to the Owner, including handling assigned tasks and priorities.
  • Execute work and responsibilities as delegated by the Owner from time to time.
  • Handle and manage official emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations shared with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation related to operations and customer communication.
  • Handle back-office operations, data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all operational activities.
