Job Description
Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring proper manpower deployment and strict adherence to SOPs and SLAs. Manage client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, resolving escalations, and maintaining high satisfaction and retention. Lead and supervise teams, monitor performance and discipline, and coordinate closely with HR for recruitment and staffing needs. Drive planning, reporting, compliance, and business growth while ensuring cost control and smooth setup of new sites.
