Job Title: Packer – Inkbolt (Semi-Permanent Tattoos)

Location:Mumbai, Maharashtra, Dahisar.

With cutting-edge products and an immersive AR try-on app, we're revolutionizing how tattoos are experienced. Now, we're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Packer to join our growing operations team!

Role Overview:

• As a Packer at Inkbolt, you will be responsible for carefully assembling, packing, and prepping customer orders for shipment. Precision, care, and speed are critical to ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition and deliver a premium unboxing experience.
• Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick, pack, and prepare semi-permanent tattoo products based on daily order sheets.
• Handle small, delicate tattoo sheets and packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, wipes, thank you cards, brochures) with care.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products are damage-free and match order specifications.
• Assemble packaging kits (wet wipes, cards, brochures) as per packing instructions.
• Apply barcodes or labels to product packets and shipping parcels as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing station.
• Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely handover of packed orders.
• Maintain records of packed shipments and report any discrepancies or stock issues.
• Follow all hygiene and handling standards to protect product quality.

Skills and Requirements:

• Prior experience in packing, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Should know how to use laptop for processing orders for shipping (Training will be provided) but should understand English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Good hand-eye coordination and speed without compromising quality.
• Ability to handle delicate items carefully.
• Basic understanding of inventory and order management.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and instructions accurately.
• Physically fit – able to stand, lift lightweight boxes, and move around during shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Working Hours:Full-time or Part-time options available
• 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday)
• 10 AM to 7 PM (can be flexible based on order load)
