Picker And Loader

• Order Picking: Retrieve specific products, items, or couriers from warehouse shelves based on a digital device or picking list.
• Loading & Unloading: Move bulk goods, pallets, and finished orders in and out of delivery trucks using pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts.
• Packaging & Sorting: Securely wrap items, label them accurately with shipping details, and sort them for dispatch.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock counts, check for expiration dates (FIFO/FEFO guidelines), and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the dark store, fulfillment center, or warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th to 12th pass.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months in a warehouse, logistics, or quick-commerce environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform continuous standing, walking, and bending.
• Tech Skills: Basic ability to operate handheld scanners or use store-assigned smartphone applications for quick-commerce tracking
