Job Description
Order Picking: Retrieving items from storage, shelves, or conveyor belts based on, and in compliance with, daily order lists, barcodes, or inventory systems.
Packing and Labeling: Packing items securely with protective materials, sealing containers, and applying correct shipping labels and tracking numbers.
Inventory Control: Inspecting items for defects or damage before packing, conducting inventory counts, and updating the warehouse management system.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping workstations clean, organized, and safe to ensure maximum efficiency.
Shipping Preparation: Moving finished orders to the loading dock and scanning items to verify completion.
