Placement Officer

Placement is responsible for building and maintaining strong corporate partnerships to enhance student placement opportunities. The role focuses on driving employer engagement, managing the end-to-end placement process, organizing recruitment initiatives, providing career support to students, and strengthening Jetking's employer brand through strategic networking and industry collaborations.

Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate partners to generate placement opportunities for students.

·      Manage the complete placement process, including job postings, student applications, interview coordination, and placement tracking.

·      Maintain and update student placement records, alumni database, and historical placement data for effective reporting and analysis.

·      Build and engage an active alumni network to create mentoring, networking, and employment opportunities for students.

·      Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, employer connect programs, and industry networking events.

·      Design and present compelling corporate presentations showcasing Jetking's brand, training programs, and talent pool to prospective employers.

·      Ensure the smooth functioning of the Placement Cell by coordinating student interactions, placement orientations, faculty meetings, recruiter visits, and internal stakeholder communication.

·      Prepare the annual placement calendar, schedule campus recruitment activities, and lead all communication with recruiters and corporate partners.

·      Provide career guidance services to students, including career counselling, resume reviews, interview preparation, and employability support.

·      Leverage digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Facebook, Instagram, and other professional networks to strengthen employer branding, generate corporate leads, and expand placement partnerships.

·      Monitor placement performance through MIS reports, placement analytics, employer feedback, and student outcomes, while continuously improving placement strategies.

·      Collaborate with academic and training teams to align students' skills with current industry requirements and enhance placement readiness.
