Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Associate to support our real estate sales team by handling incoming inquiries, qualifying potential buyers, and coordinating meetings or property presentations. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, sharing project details, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to introduce real estate investment opportunities.
- Understand client requirements such as budget, preferred city, property type, and investment goals.
- Share project details, brochures, floor plans, and pricing information with interested clients.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, or virtual presentations for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and developers for project information and inventory updates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and move them to the next stage of the sales process.
- Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with domestic and NRI clients.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
