Role: Procurement & Tendering Engineer (3-5 Years Experience)

Marine Blue is building an AI-driven engineering procurement platform for the maritime, defence, and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a young, driven engineer with real tendering experience who will take ownership of live procurement bids while working closely with our technology team.

This is a unique role where you will combine hands-on tendering execution with AI-enabled tools, helping build and test a next-generation procurement platform alongside software engineers from global companies such as Meta and Google.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and evaluating tenders (GeM, CPPP, shipyard portals, etc.)

• Preparing technical and commercial bids

• Coordinating with vendors for RFQs, pricing, and lead times

• Managing compliance, documentation, and bid submissions

• Using and testing our AI procurement platform to improve bidding efficiency

• Working with the software team to refine automation and decision-making tools

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years experience in procurement / tendering / supply chain

• Hands-on exposure to RFQs, vendor management, and bid preparation

• Ability to understand technical specifications and BOQs

• Familiarity with portals like GeM, CPPP, or other eProc systems (preferred)

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with software tools and digital platforms

Compensation

5 to 5.5  lacs per anum CTC based on experience etc

Selection Process
