About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-outs and execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage interior and stretch ceiling projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and adherence to drawings.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
• Track project costs, budgets, and ensure cost control.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in interior project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs and execution processes.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, and project planning.
• Experience in handling multiple sites/projects.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking, and reporting tools.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
