Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Supervisor – Patient Care Services will be responsible for managing patient care support services for elderly and dependent patients in hospitals. The role includes coordinating with doctors and hospitals for service tie-ups, managing the steward/caregiver team, and ensuring quality care is provided to patients in the absence of their family members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors and hospitals to promote patient care services.
• Coordinate hospital tie-ups and act as the primary point of contact.
• Supervise and manage the steward/caregiver team, including shift planning and performance monitoring.
• Ensure timely and compassionate support for elderly and dependent patients.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain operational records and share reports with management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduate
• 3+ years of experience in hospital operations, patient care, or team management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for hospital visits across Navi Mumbai
