Job Description
- Assist in developing and updating training modules for various functions.
- Support the documentation and standardisation of all processes and procedures.
- Create process flow diagrams, SOPs, and workflow documents for any activities.
- Design quizzes, assessments, and tests to evaluate knowledge of all the functions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reference guides.
- Maintain and organise company process documentation and records.
- Collaborate with all the teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in training content and process documents.
- Assist in knowledge management and continuous learning initiatives within the company.
