Job Description

Project Coordination

  • Track and monitor project installation activities from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients for site access, work permits, approvals, and necessary permissions.
  • Schedule installation teams and ensure resources are available as per project requirements.
  • Follow up with site teams to ensure timely completion of installations.
  • Maintain project progress reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Coordinate project documentation, handover reports, and completion certificates.

Service Coordination

  • Log and register customer service calls and complaints.
  • Assign service requests to field engineers based on priority and location.
  • Track service call status from assignment to closure.
  • Follow up with engineers for service updates and resolution reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of service tickets as per SLA commitments.
  • Keep customers informed about service schedules and resolution status.
