Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


DEFECT MONITORING & TRACKING


Monitor SIS coil videos


Spot slivers, black patches, water carryovers


Maintain daily defect tracking


Document defective locations for traceability


QUALITY CLEARANCE & ESCALATION


Validate SIS data with visual inspections


Assist QA Manager with CCTS system clearing Escalate defects with video/image evidence


FLOOR OPERATIONS & LAB SUPPORT


Visit shop floor lines for feedback


Partner with MSO and lab technicians


Report abnormal test status


Compile coolant, alkali, and water sample trends


COMPLIANCE, AUDITS, & ADMINISTRATION


⚫ Assist with internal audit documentation


Support complaint sample tracing


Data Entry for QA reports & dashboards


Maintain lab cleanliness and PPE safety


Oversee waste disposal and conduct stock inventory
