We are committed to delivering world-class automotive service standards, precision workmanship, and Uncompromised quality.*Position: Quality Controller & Validation Engineer*We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Controller & Validation Engineer to ensure the highest standards of vehicle inspection, repair validation, and quality assurance across all workshopoperations.

• *Key Responsibilities:*Conduct final quality inspections of serviced and repaired vehicles
• Validate repair work, diagnostics, and component replacements
• Ensure workshop processes comply with quality and safety standards
• Perform road tests and functional checks when required
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to resolve quality issues
• Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
• Identify recurring technical issues and suggest corrective actions
• Ensure customer vehicles meet premium service standards before delivery
• *Requirements*Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Automotive Engineering
• Strong knowledge of automobile systems and diagnostics
• Experience in quality control or vehicle inspection preferred
• Passion for premium, luxury, sports, and supercars
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
• *Preferred Skills*Experience with luxury car brands
• Knowledge of diagnostics tools and validation procedures
• Understanding of workshop SOPs and service quality standards
• Driving license preferred
