Department: Projects / Site Operations

Reporting To: Site Engineer / Project Manager / Operations Head

Experience: Minimum 1 year in construction/site supervision

Qualification: minimum 12th pass

Job Summary:The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction or project sites. This includes managing manpower, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring work progress, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise all site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth site operations.
• Monitor material availability and usage; report shortages or delays.
• Ensure quality of work and adherence to safety protocols on-site.
• Maintain daily work logs, labor attendance, and progress reports.
• Inspect tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure proper working condition.
• Communicate issues, delays, or resource needs to the Project Manager or Engineer.
• Conduct site-level toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Support in measuring completed work for billing and documentation.
• Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of construction or site operations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and site layouts
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control
• Good communication and reporting abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Preferred Industry Experience:Civil Construction (Residential, Commercial, Infrastructure)
• Interior Fit-Out Projects
• MEP Projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
