R & D Head

The candidate will be responsible for R&D support, QAQC checking and production coordination. This is not a full-time production floor role. The main responsibility is to ensure that QAQC is done properly, production follows the correct specifications and the final material is made as per each client requirement before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements and ensure material is produced as per approved specifications.

* Check that QAQC procedures are followed properly for raw materials, in-process material and finished goods.

* Review and monitor quality parameters such as viscosity, pH, moisture, appearance, consistency, drying time and bonding performance.

* Coordinate with the production team to ensure the correct formulation, process and client-wise requirements are followed.

* Maintain records of batch quality, testing results, client specifications and production observations.

* Support R&D trials for new products, product improvements, cost optimization and client-specific modifications.

* Help troubleshoot quality issues such as viscosity variation, weak bonding, slow drying, lumps, foaming, moisture variation or performance complaints.

* Communicate client requirements clearly to production and QAQC teams.

* Visit Vasai once a week to check production quality, verify QAQC process and ensure material is being made as per requirement.

* Prepare regular reports and updates for management regarding quality, production performance and product consistency.
