Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Plot Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing plot sales deals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
Handle customer inquiries and explain project details
Arrange and conduct site visits for clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with prospects and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
✅ Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate/plot sales preferred
Ability to work on targets
Own vehicle is an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
