Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Head in managing day-to-day real estate sales operations and team coordination.
• Supervise and guide the pre-sales calling team to ensure timely lead follow-ups, quality customer interactions and efficient lead management.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects from the company's project inventory.
• Conduct client meetings, accompany customers for site visits and provide detailed project information.
• Manage customers throughout the complete sales cycle—from enquiry to site visit, negotiation, booking and closure.
• Support the sales team in lead qualification, customer engagement, site visit planning and conversion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, builders and channel partners.
• Monitor CRM data to ensure accurate lead tracking, follow-ups, customer records and project information.
• Prepare and present Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports covering sales performance, lead status, and operational updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Western Mumbai (Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Goregaon and nearby locations).
• Proven experience in residential property sales with the ability to independently conduct site visits and close deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of project onboarding, developer coordination, inventory management and sales processes.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
